We offer standard shipping which will take around 3-7 working days.

For now we only ship to selected US region. During the checkout process, you can enter your delivery address to check if we deliver to your region and view the applicable shipping costs.

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders that meet our minimum purchase amount, which is $198.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status and estimated delivery date of your package.

No, we don't have same-day delivery service at the moment.

Our return policy allows you to return products within 30 days of the purchase date. It needs to be in good conditions (sachets and bottles are still in sealed condition).

Refunds would take up to 14 working days to be processed, subjected to your credit card’s billing cycle.

We use 100% traditional hand-cleaned bird’s nest from our Malaysian and Indonesian farms. Throughout the process, there is strictly no bleaching and our products are bottled and prepared in Singapore according to strict regulatory standards. Our Bird’s Nest products are safe for pregnant women and those who are breastfeeding. We advice to take it in moderation and we recommend consumption during the 2nd trimester.

As for our SuperBoosters and Essentials, while our ingredients are generally considered safe and do undergo lab testing, we recommend that breastfeeding and pregnant women consult with their healthcare provider before taking any supplements or making significant changes to their diet.
